Crisp is a multi-channel messaging service, centralizing all conversations into one streamlined inbox. They are now utilized by over 200k global brands, and their advanced features make it an indispensable tool for entities big and small.

My Role

As a senior product designer for this project, I worked closely with Crisp's founders to enhance the mobile app. My goal was to ensure its visuals and user experience were on par with its desktop counterpart, incorporating a robust native-based module system.

With BB agency's Head of Design Filip, we wanted the app to reflect Crisp's commitment to bridging companies and customers effortlessly.

Emphasis on typography, spacing, and color guaranteed a cohesive experience, while maintaining feature parity with the desktop version added a layer of familiarity.
